I've always believed that the foundation of any successful business—no

matter the industry—is built on trust, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Those values have shaped every chapter of my professional life, and they are the same principles I bring to Glow Up Crews.

I am first and foremost a family man. My wife and I are raising three amazing children—ages 13, 6, and 5—who keep life full, busy, and meaningful. Everything I do, from the way I approach business to the way I show up in the community, is grounded in creating a future I can be proud to hand to them.

Before entering the home services and exterior cleaning space, my life looked quite different. I spent two years training at the world-renowned IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where I devoted myself to competitive golf. That experience instilled a level of discipline, accountability, and focus that has stayed with me throughout my life. I later went on to play collegiate golf for a year before shifting my attention toward academics and business—earning an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting.

My professional career began in the automotive industry, where I helped run my family's car dealership. As General Manager, I learned what it truly takes to operate a business from the inside out—managing people, overseeing financial performance, building systems, and keeping customers at the center of every decision. When our family exited the dealership, those leadership skills became the backbone of every venture I took on afterward.

Today, I'm the owner of a custom glass shower and wine-cellar manufacturing company in Canada, a business that caters to high-end residential clients, builders, and designers. Working closely with clientele who expect precision, transparency, and reliable turnaround times taught me how to meet demanding standards without compromising on service or integrity. I've learned that high-end customers don't just want exceptional results—they want communication, trust, and someone who follows through. I've built a reputation for delivering exactly that.

That same standard is what led me to invest in Glow Up Crews.

Long before my career in manufacturing, I worked hands-on in pressure washing and masonry through and after college. Those early jobs gave me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and physical work—something I carried with me even as my career evolved. When the opportunity came to step back into the exterior cleaning world in a leadership role, it felt like the perfect blend of past experience, business strategy, and customer-focused service.

Glow Up Crews is built on the idea that homeowners and businesses deserve a partner who treats their property with the same care as they would their own. My background working with high-end customers allows me to bring a unique service philosophy into the company: fast response times, clear communication, honest recommendations, and pricing that reflects value—not guesswork.

One of the biggest gaps I noticed in the industry was safety, especially when it came to roof cleaning. Too many companies still rely on outdated, dangerous methods. To change that, I became FAA-certified and invested in a professional-grade drone system that allows us to safely clean roofs from the ground. This not only eliminates risk to workers but also reduces potential damage to the client's home—something I consider non-negotiable.

Across every business I've run, one truth has remained constant: people remember how you make them feel. Whether it's a family choosing a custom shower for their dream home, a dealership customer trusting us with a major purchase, or a homeowner allowing us to restore and protect their property—respect, transparency, and follow-through matter.

Glow Up Crews isn't just another service company to me. It's an extension of the values I've lived my entire life—commitment to excellence, care for people, and pride in a job well done. My goal is simple: provide the kind of service I'd expect for my own home and family.
